This past week or so I have been hearing a lot of people complaining about fatigue. I believe this is related to the high pollen count even if you are not allergic. So one of the simplest remedies I have used over the years is vitamin C. Take about 3-5 grams or 3,000-5,000 mg per day which supports the adrenals and the immune system and will bring your energy level back up. There are other techniques that can be of benefit for those that do have allergies such as NAET which helps desensitize the body to allergens. Also I have had some remarkable results with homeopathics.
